We offer a bespoke, independent advocacy service to support vulnerable children/young people and parents/carers, offering a service to respond to your specific needs. Depending on what you feel you need, a member of out team can offer you skilled support and advocate on your behalf, with a range of organisation and services.
What our advocacy service can help with?
- Supporting children/young people with difficulties at school
- Supporting parents/carers in getting the right support from school services
- Supporting families with social worker/social care involvement
- Support with mental health services
- Acting alongside you to advocate on your behalf, if you feel unable to speak for yourself
- Supporting you with knowledge in knowing your rights
We are based in Torbay, Devon.
In some cases we can offer advocacy services remotely, or through online sessions.

Our Team
Katherine Jordan has worked in Children & Young People's services for over 20 years, and has advocated for Children/Young People and Families in a wide variety of settings. Katherine has deep professional knowledge on your rights in relation to school services, local authority, social care and mental health services.
Fees
All this will be discussed in your free consultation, and we will agree how much research/preparation time is required to support your case, and have your agreement before going ahead. You will never be charged for hours not agreed.
Research/preparation fees - charge per hour: £50
Direct advocation support (attending meetings) - charge per hour: £65
