Parent Support Hub offers a free eight-week course for parents, carers and guardians who are supporting children and young people aged 8+ with mental health difficulties.
The same core course is available in two formats:

This course is for parents, carers or guardians who have care or custody of children aged 8+ who are experiencing mental health challenges, including:

Parents and carers of neurodivergent children who are also experiencing mental health difficulties are very welcome to apply.
Please be aware that the course has a mental health focus, rather than being a neurodiversity-specific programme.

This course is for parents, carers or guardians who have care or custody of children aged 8+ who are experiencing mental health challenges, including:
- 😟 Anxiety
- 😔 Depression
- 💔 Self-harm
- ⚠️ Suicidal thoughts or ideation
- 🌧️ The effects of trauma
✨ Important note:
Parents and carers of neurodivergent children who are also experiencing mental health difficulties are very welcome to apply.
