Feeling worried about your child’s mental health or wellbeing?
You don’t have to manage it alone 💛

Our FREE drop-in sessions are open to parents, carers and guardians with care of a child aged 8+.
No booking. No pressure. Just come along for a cup of tea ☕ and a supportive chat with our friendly team of professionals.

💬 What can you use the drop-in for?
✨ Talk through any concerns about your child’s mental health or wellbeing
✨ Get emotional support and practical advice
✨ Ask questions and feel listened to
✨ Explore next steps, including referrals to other services (e.g. CAMHS), if needed
✨ Create a simple self-care toolkit to support your wellbeing

🧠 Specialist SELF HARM Support – Last Thursday of Every Month:
If your child is self-harming and you’re not sure how to respond, we’re here to help.
🟣 On the last Thursday of each month, the drop-in will include a specialist focus on self-harm, offering:

• Guidance on how to respond
• Support around managing and coping
• Space to ask questions in a safe, compassionate environment
