Decision-Making Strategic decisions are made by the Director in consultation with senior practitioners and supervisors, ensuring that all major developments, partnerships and service changes are aligned with our values, ethical responsibilities and the needs of our community. Operational decisions are made through regular team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
