Professional Referrals – Parent Support Hub (Fully Funded Eight-Week Courses)
Please read the information below before completing a referral form:
Parent Support Hub offers free, fully funded eight-week support courses for parents, carers, and guardians of children aged 8 years and over who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Referrals are not required to access our services.
Parents, carers, and guardians are welcome to self-refer directly to the eight-week course, and this is often the quickest and simplest route. Please send this link directly to them to complete the form at the bottom of this page:

However, we recognise that some parents may find completing forms independently challenging, or may benefit from initial contact being made via a trusted professional. In these circumstances, professionals are welcome to submit a professional referral on their behalf.
Support with accessing the course
If a parent, carer, or guardian would like to take part in the eight-week course but is concerned about completing the application form independently — for example due to learning difficulties, accessibility needs, or confidence — they are very welcome to attend our drop-in support sessions. A member of the Parent Support Hub team will be available to talk things through and provide practical support to complete the form if they wish.
The drop-in service does not require referral or booking and is open to all eligible parents, carers, and guardians. More details for our drop in provision on this page
Once a professional referral is received, a member of our team will contact the parent or carer directly to discuss the service and support them to enrol if appropriate.
