Supervision Services – Led by Daniel Windemer
Daniel offers professional supervision for individuals and teams working with children, young people and adults across a range of settings. With extensive experience as a youth counsellor, Daniel brings a grounded, relational approach that combines creativity with clinical insight.
Our supervision services are available to:
Counsellors and therapists
School staff and pastoral teams
Youth workers and youth service teams
Organisations or community projects supporting young people
Supervision can be offered individually or in groups, online or in person, depending on your needs. Daniel’s approach is flexible and bespoke, shaped to meet the specific context and challenges of each setting. Sessions can draw on creative methods to explore practice and reflection, or take a more structured clinical focus where required.
Whether you’re a counsellor seeking professional reflection, a school team supporting complex student needs, or a youth service wanting to strengthen your safeguarding and emotional resilience, Daniel provides a supportive, thoughtful space to help you sustain your work effectively.
More about Daniel...
Daniel has over 16 years’ experience working in specialist education and youth support, with a focus on helping young people navigate complex emotional and mental health challenges. His background includes extensive work with children and adolescents who are neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, or require additional SEND support.
Drawing on his experience in trauma-informed practice and mental health education, Daniel provides supervision that is both creative and clinical, tailored to the needs of each practitioner or organisation. His work has included supporting young people experiencing emotional-based school avoidance, suicidal ideation, and high levels of anxiety, often providing outreach to those who find it difficult to leave their homes. Daniel brings a deeply empathetic approach, grounded in emotional intelligence and psychoeducation. He focuses on helping young people — and the professionals who support them — to build emotional resilience, develop greater self-understanding, and feel safer and more confident in the world around them.
