Whether you are in the caring, teaching or support industry, in can be incredibly valuable for employees to have a core knowledge and understanding of how to apply a trauma-informed approach to their work with your clients. In this course we help employees to recognise signs of trauma and understand how they may be effecting a client's mental health presentation. We will also teach them basic tools and techniques to be able to respond to these presentations when they become challenging, to help client to regulate in moments of difficulty or distress.

Remote Safeguarding Services
For smaller organisations, business or schools, who maybe require more ad hoc safeguarding support for their clients, we offer a remote safeguarding support services, there for you when you need it.
Our designated safeguarding lead will be available Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm, with a real person on-call to respond to you safeguarding concerns. We offer first point of contact for any safeguarding or child protection enquiries within your setting. We can also hold responsibility to ensure that everyone in your organisation is following best safeguarding and child protection practices,
to ensure you are compliant and up-to-date.
We can offer advise on protocol in regard to any concerns you may have, and what next steps to follow. We will also help you to understand the safeguarding and child protection process in more detail and offer options for training and support for employees where necessary.
