The right intervention, at the right time...
I view childhood as one of the most challenging yet powerful periods of our lives. It’s often a confusing time, filled with conflicting pressures and demands. A well-timed therapeutic intervention can set a child on a new, positive path, creating a foundation for their future."

Testimonial:
From a Young Person, aged 13:
From day one my therapist was warm and smiling, she is so easy to talk to and basically radiates good energy! I have always felt like I can talk to her about anything no matter the situation. I usually can’t really talk to people that I don’t know but somehow it’s different with Katherine, ever since the first session I haven’t felt worried or anxious at all about my sessions which is very unusual for me. I would 110% recommend these sessions because of mainly the affect they’ve had on me. Every session I walk out feeling much lighter like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders
as I am looking forward to next week. "
