"It is important to feel comfortable with the therapist you work with.
I understand that you may want to know a little more about me
before deciding to work together."

Throughout our lives we may experience periods of joy and difficulty. The difficulties may be connected to a particular event or loss, such as a bereavement, breakdown of a relationship or a historical trauma. The difficulty may also affect the quality of our lives, like feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, fear, confusion, lack of meaning or stress.
By meeting you where you are in the moment and working at your pace, together we can bring awareness to the ways in which you relate to your experience, and explore together the process of change and transformation."
